| 1) Rental is from
Saturday to Saturday - arrival after 5pm,
departure no later than 10am. |

| 2) A minimum deposit of
30% is payable initially, and the balance is due within 6 weeks of arrival.
(Any bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time
of booking). |

| 3)A security deposit of
£300 is payable with the balance instalment. This will be repaid within 2
weeks, subject to any retention to cover repair/renewal costs of any
damage. |

| 4) As is usual, in the
event of cancellation the right to retain the deposit/total cost is reserved
unless the accommodation can be re-let. |

| 5) Prices are based on the
agreement that no more than 10 persons occupy the property without prior
consent. |

| IMPORTANT: FRENCH LAW AND
PRACTICE requires that parents have sole responsibility for their children. In
addition, children under 14 years of age are not legally allowed to be
unaccompanied by the swimming pool. |
